The following terms apply to all active marketing campaigns, promotional discounts, and special offers running on PinecrestConstruction.ca, including our standard New Customer 15% discount banner:

1. Minimum Contract Value: Promotional discounts are strictly valid for projects with a total contract value of $5,000 or greater (before applicable taxes).

2. Turnkey Requirement: Percentage-based discounts apply exclusively to standard, full-service turnkey residential projects where Pinecrest Construction supplies both the retail materials and the labor.

3. Exclusion of Labor-Only Projects: Promotions cannot be applied under any circumstances to "labor-only" estimates, specialized structural framing contracts, or any project where the client supplies their own raw materials, fixtures, or kits.

4. Single-Offer Use: Discounts cannot be stacked, combined with other seasonal promotions, group rate, special package, or retroactively applied to past deposits, previously finalized contracts, or running work orders.
